Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Fora Contracting Inc’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Fora Contracting Inc provides professional HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services. All services are performed by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards.

3. Service Areas

We currently serve Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and select expanding regions. Service availability outside these areas must be confirmed in advance.

4. Licensing & Qualifications

All technicians employed by Fora Contracting Inc hold valid Gas and Air Conditioning licenses. Work is performed to code and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

5. Quotations & Estimates

Quotations provided are estimates based on information provided at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered upon inspection. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

7. Warranty on Services

Labour Warranty: We guarantee our workmanship for the periods specified in our quotation or service agreement.

Equipment Warranty: Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers. We assist with warranty claims when applicable.

Extended Maintenance Plans: Customers enrolled in our maintenance plans receive extended labour warranty (10 years on new equipment as outlined in the plan).

8. Emergency Services

24/7 emergency HVAC service is available. Emergency calls may incur additional charges beyond regular service rates.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and accessible work areas
  • Disclose any existing system issues or hazards
  • Maintain systems according to manufacturer recommendations
  • Follow technician safety instructions
10. Limitation of Liability

Fora Contracting Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service provision. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

11. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid service charges. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through direct communication first. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation or legal proceedings as applicable under Ontario law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
